3/4 kg blade steak -- cut into 25mm cubes
- 1 1/2 lbscut into 1" cubes
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/4 cup splenda
1 tbsp flour
salt and pepper
1 onion -- sliced
1 red or green pepper -- slIced
1 cup red wine
1 cup beef stock or water
Place the meat in a casserole. Combine the curry powder, splenda, flour, salt, and pepper, and sprinkle over the meat. Arrange the onion and pepper on top.
Pour over the wine mixed with the water. Cover and cook in a moderately hot oven for 1 1/2 hours.
