BEANS WITH SPICY SAUSAGE & TOMATOES

2 sausage -- spicy, chopped
PARSLEY OREGANO DRESSING
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cl garlic -- crushed
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp oregano -- fresh chopped

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
3 lg tomatoes -- cut in wedges
1 red onion -- quartered
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp splenda
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
300 g green beans -- trimmed, halved 10oz
1/2 cup hazelnuts -- toasted, chopped

Saute sausage in a little oil until brown. Place to drain on cloth or serviette. Combine all Dressing ingredients in screw top jar shake vigorously and set aside.
Steam beans until tender. Place tomatoes, onion, oil, spices, splenda and pepper in a baking dish.Bake not covered for 30 minutes in moderate oven. Drain tomatoes and onions and place in to a large serving bowl. Add baking dish juices to dressing. To the tomato and onion add the beans, sausage, nuts and dressing. gently toss. Make up to 2 hours ahead
