ASIAN STYLE CHARGRILLED VEGETABLES

1 bunch baby bok choy
200 g sm zucchini -- 7oz
200 g snow peas -- 7oz blanched
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp teriyaki thick sauce

Slice bok choy and zucchini in half lengthways.
Heat barbecue and brush with oil. Place bok choy on barbecue and cook cut side down for one minute. Turn and cook for one minute more, being careful not to burn leaves. Place a lid over the bok choy and steam until tender (about 2 minutes).
Place zucchini cut side down on barbecue and cook until just tender. Toss snow peas in a little oil on the hot plate until barely tender.
Place all vegetables in a serving bowl. Heat the sauce and vegetable and sesame oils in a small saucepan. Pour over vegetables and toss well. Serve immediately.
