8 lg chicken thighs without skin
6 oz mushrooms -- 180gr sliced
1 onion -- sliced
3 cl garlic -- minced
4 tbsp teriyaki sauce
parsley
3/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
Put above ingredients in a crock pot in the morning. Mix and put crockpot on low for all day cooking. Put 2 handfulls of bean sprouts or 1 can, or 1 can Chinese vegetables in crock pot and mix.
Serve with fresh green salad
