1 lb bok choy -- 500gr
1 tsp virgin olive oil
1 cl garlic -- mince
1/4 tsp splenda
1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil

Rinse bok choy in cold water. Cut stalks diagonally in 1" 25mm pieces and slice leaves into thin shreds.
In a large non-stick skillet, heat the oil. Add the cut stalks first and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic the sliced leaves,fructose, soy sauce and sesame oil and continue to cook over high heat for 2 minutes more. Serve immediately as a side dish.
