2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion -- sliced
2 cups green beans -- sliced
500 g beef strip loin, R-T-C -- 1lb
1 cup beef stock
1/2 tsp molasses
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chili pepper -- minced optional
2 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp corn flour
2 tsp sesame seeds
and Heat oil and stir-fry onion until soft. Add beans stir-fry until bright green. Tip vegetables on to a plate.
Add beef to pan and stir-fry until golden brown and almost cooked. Mix stock, molasses, tomato sauce,
soy sauce, chili, vinegar and corn flour. Add co beef, stir until sauce thickens. Return vegetables to
pans, stir until well mixed and beat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
