2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp splenda -- sub 1 tbsp splenda
1 cl garlic -- peeled and crushed
1 tsp chili pepper -- de seed, dice finely
2 tbsp safflower oil
1 tsp sesame oil -- or peanut oil

Combine all ingredients in a screw top jar. Refrigerate. Shake well before serving. Serve drizzled over Asian salads.
