1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1 tsp splenda
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp sesame oil -- Asian
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 1/4 lb sirloin steak -- 575gr
In a flat, shallow baking dish, combine all marinade ingredients.
Stir to mix well. Arrange steak in marinade. Spoon over some of the liquid. Cover and refrigerate about 6 hours, turning steak occasionally.
Broil or grill to desired degree of doneness.
