ASIAN ROASTED CHICKEN

1 Chicken -- cut into 4 pieces
2 tsp Coriander root -- chopped
1 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Garlic
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
Pound the garlic, coriander root, pepper and salt together until smooth.
Mix the chicken with soy sauce and the pepper mixture. Mix very well.
Set aside for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Preheat oven to 375°F-190°C.
Bake the chicken for 45 to 50 minutes.
