2 lb pork loin -- 1k or more to suit.
1/2 cup sherry
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp chopped ginger
3 cl garlic -- smashed

Prepare marinade Rub a small boneless pork loin with salt, pepper, and thyme, then put it in a
plastic bag with the marinade. Let it stay overnight, rotating the bag once in a while.
Take it out of the marinade and bake it at 375°F-190°C for around 25 minutes per pound, 454gr or until its about 165°F- 85°Con a meat thermometer.
