1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tbsp peanut oil
2 tbsp coriander -- fresh chopped
1 tsp sesame oil
sambai oelek 1/2 tsp -- or similar
1/2 tsp grated ginger root
1 pinch salt and freshly ground pepper -- to taste

Combine all ingredients in screw top jar and shake vigorously. Serve over hot steamed Asparagus, green beans and zucchini. Serve over cold: mushrooms, shallots and bell peppers/capsicums.
