ASIAN GRILLED PORK STRIPS

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup minced garlic
3 tbsp brown sugar twin
1/4 tsp red chiles -- crushed
2 lb pork tenderloin -- 1kg
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Combine soy, sugar twin, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes in a blender. Process to thoroughly mix. Pour over pork. Cover and chill for 4-6 hours, turning often. Remove from marinade. Bias-slice thinly, across the grain. Grill until well browned on all sides. Arrange onto a serving platter. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds. Serve hot.
