1 1/3 lb boned and skinned chicken breasts -- 600g
MARINADE
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 cl garlic -- mashed
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp honey
salt and pepper -- to taste

Mix sauce ingredients. Marinate chicken breasts with sauce for 15-30
minutes. Grill over medium coals, uncovered, Approx. 20 minutes,
turning occasionally. Baste chicken with sauce during last 10 minutes
of cooking time. (also good baked in the oven: place chicken with sauce
in baking pan. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes).
Internal temp of chicken should be 170 degrees F.. Source: Firemnswf
