2 oz black olives -- pitted
2 tbsp olive oil
3 oranges -- segmented
2 cl garlic -- chopped
1/2 tsp paprika
1 pinch cayenne
1/2 tsp salt
1 pinch splenda
1 pinch cumin
2 tbsp parsley -- chopped
Warm the olives in olive oil. Arrange the olives and oranges attractively in a serving dish. Combine the remaining ingredients to make a dressing and pour over the olives and oranges. Serve immediately.
