WARM BRUSSEL SPROUTS

10 oz frozen brussel sprouts -- or 1 lb fresh
1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp caraway seed -- (optional)
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

1. Cut the brussels sprouts in half and steam until tender, about 5 minutes.
2. Warm the oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add the thyme, caraway, and vinegar to heat. Drop in the cooked brussels sprouts, season with salt and pepper, and toss. Serve immediately while they are still bright green.
