GARLIC GREEN BEANS SERVINGS

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp olive oil
1 med head garlic -- peeled and sliced
2 cans cut green beans -- (14.5 ounce) drained
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1. Melt butter in a large skillet, stir in olive oil and garlic. Saute over a low to low-medium heat until the garlic is slightly brown.
2. Stir in the drained green beans, salt and pepper and cook until the beans are tender.

When the green beans are tender turn off the heat and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
