1 Onion -- chopped
1/2 cup Beef Broth
1 Bag Frozen Brussel sprouts

Sauté onion in a little butter, when tender add Brussels and broth, simmer covered until Brussels are tender and most of the broth has reduced. I have tried this with fresh Brussels but it isn' tsp as good.
