DILLY GREEN BEANS

3 tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tsp splenda
3 tbsp minced fresh dill
1 1/2 lb green beans -- 750g trimmed and
rinsed

In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, SPLENDAŽ Granular and dill. Set aside.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and parboil the green beans until crisp-tender, approximately three minutes, depending on size of beans. Drain well.
Add the beans to the bowl of dressing, tossing and stirring to coat the beans. Add salt and pepper to taste, then let the beans come to room temperature, stirring occasionally.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.
