CREAMY PARMESAN SPINACH

1 tin artichoke hearts -- 12 oz 360gr drained
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach -- 10 oz 300gr thawed
4 oz cream cheese -- 124gr softened
4 oz whipping cream -- 125gr
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Combine artichoke hearts and spinach in food processor. Process using the pulse function until of a consistency similar to "finely chopped". This should not be a puree. Add remaining ingredients to food processor bowl and pulse until mixed evenly. Bake in a square 9" 230mm pan (or equivalent) at 400°F-200°C for 20 minutes.
