250 g green beans -- 1lb
- SAUCE-
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cream
2 tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp tarragon
1/4 tsp vinegar
Rosemary Burden Adelaide
Top tail and string the beans.
Cook until just soft, drain and arrange on serving dish
Blend sauce ingredients and pour over the beans.
Serve hot or cold
