CAULIFLOWER & BROCCOLI STEW

10 mushrooms -- sliced
1/2 cup onion
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 1/2 cups cauliflower -- flowerets
1 1/2 cups broccoli -- flowerets
1 tsp splenda -- of choice
2 tsp soy flour
1 tbsp water
Spray non-stick skillet with Pam. Saute mushrooms and onions. Add 1 cup stock and bring to a boil. Pour in cauliflower, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Stir often.. Reduce heat and add 1/2 cup water, equal and constarch disolved in the tsp of water. Cook until sauce thickens.
