BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH CARAWAY SEEDS

1 cup Brussel sprouts -- cut in half
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp caraway seed -- or sage

Steam Brussels sprouts until tender-crisp. Drain water, and add butter and caraway seed. Saute for a minute then add the Brussels spouts and saute for another 4-5 minute. Salt and serve. Yield: 1-2 servings depending on what else is served. NOTE: MC seasonings suggest sage also for seasoning Brussels sprouts.
