ASPARAGUS WITH SOUR CREAM SAUCE

3 lb asparagus -- 1.5kg steamed and
chilled
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp horseradish -- grated
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Mix the sour cream, horseradish, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Chill.
Arrange asparagus on individual plates. Spoon sauce over asparagus.
