1/4 cup splenda
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine -- (sake) or dry sherry
1 tsp grated gingerroot
1/2 lb asparagus spears -- 125g
cooked until crisp-tender -- chilled
Mix peanut butter, splenda, soy sauce, rice wine, and gingerroot until smooth.
Arrange asparagus on serving platter, spoon peanut sauce over.
