4 oz butter -- 125gr
4 oz Bleu cheese -- 125gr
1 can artichokes
drained and cut into quarters

Melt butter and cheese and mix well. Add artichokes and heat.
Serve in chafing dish or small crock pot. (artichoke hearts may be substituted or combine the two.)
