1 qt chicken broth -- 1 litre
2 cups chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 med green pepper -- chopped
1/4 head cabbage -- shredded
2 tsp minced garlic
salt and pepper -- to taste
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 lb chorizo -- chopped
5 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
In a crockpot, put the broth and half of the veggies. Then put the
chicken, salt and pepper, chorizo, half of the cilantro and the rest
of veggies. Set the crockpot on low heat and cook 6-8 hours. To
serve, top with the chopped leftover cilantro and shredded jack cheese.
