OZ HOME MADE CHICKEN SOUP

1 qt chicken stock
1 cup chicken pieces -- cooked
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp corn flour
1 cup water
1/4 cup cream
1 pinch garlic salt
1 pinch salt and pepper
1 tbsp parsley -- chopped for garnish

Place stock and chicken in a large saucepan, simmer until chicken breaks up easily. Remove chicken and press through sieve back into the stock. Blend in cornflour, butter, garlic, cream and seasoning. Cook for ten minutes. Serve into four bowls. Garnish with parsley.
