HOT AND SOUR SOUP ALA CROCKPOT

1/2 lb pork loin -- 250g
lean boneless, cut into strips
1/4 lb sliced mushrooms -- 125g
8 oz waterchestnuts -- 260g canned sliced
drained
1/2 cup bamboo shoots -- cut into strips
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce -- lightly beaten
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 cup firm tofu -- cubed
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups water
sliced green onions, for garnish
In slow cooker, combine all ingredients except green onions.
Cover; cook on low 7 to 8 hours.
Ladle into individual bowls.
Garnish with green onion slices.
