GREEN CHILE SOUP

1 cup minced onion
1 tbsp butter
1 cup green chiles -- chopped
2 cups cooked chicken -- chopped
2 cups cream
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Saute onions in butter until soft and tranluscent. Add green chiles and heat through. Add rest of ingredients and bring to simmer for 10 minutes
or so. Enjoy!
