GINGER CRAB SOUP

3 cups chicken broth
2 thin slices fresh ginger
6 oz crab meat
1 scallion -- diced
1 tbsp white vinegar
salt and pepper
In saucepan bring broth and ginger to simmer, Remove from heat and remove the ginger. Stir in the crab and scallion. Stir in vinegar, salt and pepper.
Reheat if needed.
