CROCKPOT HOT'N SOUR SOUP

1/2 lb pork -- cut in strips
4 oz mushroom -- 125gr fresh - sliced
1/2 lb waterchestnuts -- 250gcanned - drained
1/2 cup bamboo shoots -- sliced into strips
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp seasame oil
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes -- more to taste
1 cup tofu -- cut into cubes
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups water

In Crock-Pot, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Ladle into bowls, garnish with green onion, if desired. Makes 8 servings.
