1/3 cup Chicken -- minced
4 tbsp heavy cream
2 egg yolk -- for thickening
salt and pepper -- to taste

Heat chicken stock and add meat to heat or cook; whisk cream and yolk into hot stock. Simmer 1 minute. Do NOT boil.
