1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 pinches hot pepper sauce
1 1/4 qts heavy cream
1 lb crab meat
1/4 cup green onions -- sliced

In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the celery and cook for 3 minutes, stirring often, until crisp-tender. Continue cooking over low heat for another 3 minutes stirring often. Add the hot pepper sauce. Gradually stir in the cream. Increase the heat to medium and bring the mixture to a boil. Immediately reduce the heat so the sauce simmers. Add crabmeat, return to a simmer, and cook for about 3 minutes, or until crab is heated through. Stir in the green onions. Serve immediately.
