CRAB CHOWDER

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

10 oz frounce en or fresh cauliflower -- 300gr
1 cup water
7 oz canned crab meat
2 tbsp scallions -- diced
3 cups heavy cream
3 oz cream cheese
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp white pepper
1/2 tbsp paprika

In a large pan heat water to boil. Add cauliflower and return to boil.
Cook 2-3 mins, cut up any large pieces.
Add cream and scallions. Heat and stir till almost boiling.
Add crab, cream cheese, and spices.
Heat till cream cheese melts and chowder is hot but DO NOT BOIL.
