AVOCADO AND SORREL SOUP

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 avocados
2 cups chicken stock -- or strong vegetable
1 tablespoon lemon juice -- 1/2 lemon
1/4 cup cream
1 pinch fresh ground pepper
1 pinch salt -- to taste
1 cup sorrel leaves -- or spinach

Remove flesh from avocados.
Shred sorrel leaves and Sauté in butter and a dash of cream
Puree stock, lemon juice and avocado
Heat gently, do not boil.
Stir in cream and season with salt and pepper.
