1 tbsp Ground mace
2 tbsp Ground cinnamon
1 tbsp basil -- crushed
1 tbsp thyme -- crushed
1 tbsp rosemary -- crushed
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
1 tsp Ground cloves
1/2 tsp Ground allspice
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate in covered container. To use,
sprinkle as desired over meat, poultry, or fish before broiling or baking.
Makes about 1/2 cup.
