1 tsp dry mustard
3 bay leaves -- remove stem and crum
1 cl garlic -- minced
Yield: Enough For 6 To 8 Pounds Of Chicken Or 2 Large Whole Turkeys
Combine all of the ingredients and blend well. Store in an airtight container.
Rub on chicken or other poultry before grilling.
