CHILI SEASONING MIX

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 tbsp whey protein Isolate -- or soy
2 tbsp dried onions
1 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes -- crushed
1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and blend well.
Spoon mixture into a 6' - 150mm square of aluminum foil and fold to make it airtight.
Store in a cool, dry place and use within 6 months.
Makes 1 package (about 1/4 cup)of mix.
1 package of seasoning mix per batch of chili
