1/2 cup balsamic vinegar -- 3-4 oz
24 oysters -- in shell
course sea salt -- garnish
1 lime

Mix onion and vinegar in small bowl and set aside. Arrange the oysters on a bed of salt. Serve with balsamic dressing and lime wedges.
