1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 oz crab meat -- 60g
1/4 cup celery -- finely diced
1 avocado -- peeled and finely
diced
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper (to taste)
4 5 oz mahi mahi fillets
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, crabmeat, celery, and avocado.
Season with Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
Place fillets in a lightly buttered baking pan and spread evenly with the avocado mixture.
Do not let the thickness of the mixture exceed 1/2 inch.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until fish fillets are cooked through.
