12 oysters -- on half a shell
6 green onions
2 tbsp fresh spinach
2 tbsp fresh parsley
celery leaves tender
1 pinch tarragon
1/3 cup butter
salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 dash tabasco sauce
1 tbsp butter -- melted
1 tbsp bread crumbs

1. Blanche the greens in a little salt water. Strain and push through a sieve. Mix the puree with the softened butter and season with salt, pepper and a dash of tabasco sauce.
2. Put a spoonful on each oyster and a very slight layer of breadcrumbs.
3. Place under a griller for about 5 minutes. When oysters begin to curl remove and serve immediately.
