12 oysters -- on the half shell
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp bread crumbs -- finely chopped
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1. Squeeze 3 or 4 drops of lemon on each oyster and coyer lightly with a mixture of fine crumbs and parmesan cheese.
2. Place under a griller and cook until the cheese and crumbs become brown.
