OYSTER STEW

2 tbsp Flour
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 dash Hot Pepper Sauce
20 Oysters -- shucked and undraine
1/4 cup Butter -- melted
1 pt cream -- 570ml
1 pt water -- 570ml
Blend flour, seasonings, and 2 Tbsps. water in a large saucepan. Add oysters with their juices and butter. Simmer over very low heat 3 to 4 minutes til edges of oysters start to curl, stirring gently the whole time. Add hot cream/water. Remove from heat and cover. Let sit for about 15 minutes.
Bring back up to serving temperature. Garnish with freshly ground pepper and drizzle a little cream.
