6 slices Bacon
1 pt Oysters -- 500g
4 Tomatoes -- sliced
1/2 tsp Salt
1 dash Pepper

Cut bacon into 2" 50mm pieces. Arrange a piece of bacon, an oyster, and a thick slice of tomato on skewers, leaving a little space between each. Continue to repeat ingredients on skewer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and place skewers across baking dish. Bake at 500°F-250°C about 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
