OYSTER COCKTAIL

24 oysters
1/2 cup cream -- whipped
1 sprig parsley
- Sauce:-
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
2 drops Tabasco sauce
Drain, beard and chop oysters. Combine sauce ingredients and add oysters. Divide into cocktail glasses and top with a dab of unsweetened whipped cream and sprig of parsley.
