2 egg yolks
1 pinch salt
1 pinch cayenne
2 tbsp tarragon vinegar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp splenda
1/2 cup cream -- whipped
1/2 lb crab meat -- 250gr
1 green pepper -- finely chopped
1 red pepper -- finely chopped
4 tomatoes -- skin, seeded and cho
1/2 cup onion -- chopped
1/2 lb bacon -- 250gr slightly grill
1 tsp garlic -- finely chopped
1 tsp parsley -- finely chopped

First, make a spicy mayonnaise; put in a bowl egg yolks, salt, cayenne and vinegar. Beat well. Slowly beat in oil, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauces and splenda. Then add whipped cream, crab meat and all other ingredients except bacon.
Divide mixture into buttered, individual ramekins. Cover with rashers of bacon and bake in the oven (375F 185C.) for 25 minutes. Serve hot. This may be made as a main course, if baked in one dish.
