FISH AND PRAWN ROLLS

2 large shrimp -- prawns shelled
2 fish fillets -- white thin sliced
1 pinch grated ginger root
2 dashes soy sauce
1 egg -- lightly beaten
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Marinate prawns and fish in soy sauce and ginger.
Wrap a slice of fish around the prawn and secure with toothpick.
Dip rolls in beaten egg and gently saute until pink in color.
Spoon a little more egg over the rolls as they are cooking to form a coating
