2 crab
75 g pork rinds -- 2.5oz crushed
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp vinegar
salt and pepper -- to taste

Crabs are not used as much as they once were and are considered time consuming and expensive however, in practice it takes only a few minutes to remove the crab from the shell and crab is not as expensive as many other types of fish compared with the quantity used in each recipe.

Remove the crab meat from the shells and place in a bowl. Season with the nutmeg, rinds, sal tand pepper. Place the fish back in the shells.
Heat the butter and stir in the vinegar. Pour over the fish and grill until brown. Serve at once.
