vegetable cooking spray
1 tbsp butter
1 lb crabmeat -- Fresh Maine
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 egg whites -- stiffly beatn
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Preheat oven to 350°F-180°C F and grease the casserole with cooking spray.
In a skillet, add the butter and saute the onions until soft, but not brown. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the crab, onion, Worcestershire, and mustard, and then gently fold in the egg whites. Turn into the casserole, sprinkle the cheese, and bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until lightly puffed or browned. Serve immediately.
