BARBECUED GARLIC CLAMS

1 kg Clams -- 2lb
3 Garlic clove -- crushed
1 cup Olive oil
2 dashes Vinegar
1 lemon -- juiced
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
Combine garlic, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper in a bowl mixing well.
Place clams on a hot barbecue griddle plate.
Spoon mixture into each clam as it opens and cook for 2-3 mins.
